Objectives
Use of urban infrastructure (roads, roofs etc) as catchment area and redirecting the runoff for infiltration (ground water recharge/storage for local reuse).
Outputs
Increase water available in boreholes and shallow wells in Kajiado town and its environs.Capacity building of 25 local experts through a)testing suitability of existing and new geophysical survey methods b)training on improved interpretation of geophysical data and contexts c) On the job training.
